We had a great stay here. The space is a modern, well-done efficiency studio that’s been thoughtfully remodeled—clean, comfortable, and everything felt put together with care.Patty was wonderful to work with—very sweet, attentive, and quick to respond, which made the whole process easy.You can tell this is a family-run property that takes pride in what they offer. It had everything we needed for a simple, comfortable stay without feeling overdone.The location worked out really well for us. It made it easy to visit both Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island, which was perfect since we were exploring the area.Overall, a really solid stay in a convenient spot. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Studio at

Road noise and dogs barking from the main house attached to the studio was my only complaint. Very comfortable little stay and clean. I thought I was booking at Cortez Beach but learned the actual booking was actually Bradenton address. I would stay again.

ok,no comfy chair to sit in . NO place to sit outside or pool to swim in. The air worked great you kinda felt like you were in the basement, one window that faced a semi busy street.
