This room has a ensuite bathroom with a shower. Freshly painted and upgraded decorations. New flooring has just been installed and deadbolt on inside. It also has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffeepot. As this is a private room, there is no shared space or access to a kitchen.
Beautiful location and close to many amenities in the area: sports, beaches, restaurants, boating. Beautiful pool and hot tub just downstairs to enjoy in your free time.
