This Contemporary unit features all new walk in shower, quartz countertops on bathroom vanity and quartz kitchen countertops with new kitchen sink, cabinets and refrigerator. The unit sleeps 4, with 1 queen bed and 1 full-size Serta sofa bed. 65" Smart TV, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks pods, etc. Free Wi-Fi, Fitness Center, Heated Pool, coin laundry and on site Tiki Bar & Grill with Live Music. Close to SRQ Airport, Downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle, IMG Academy, USF, New College, and all area beaches.

Room was clean & well stocked but didn’t compensate for noise. AC unit making loud noises, planes flying low overhead about every 20 mins. People partying loudly at picnic area outside room until after 3am. Notified owner we checked out a day early. They were aware of partying at nite. No apology or compensation for having to shorten our trip. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay and would have been glad to help but you had already checked out and were returning home before you notified us of an issue. The property has 24/7 security and we contacted the front desk who contacted the on duty security guard and he said a small group was at the tiki hut between 12 and 1 speaking in "conversational tones". Had you contacted anyone, us/front desk/security guard, and said the group was talking too loudly, they would have been asked to relocate. He also said no other guests complained of the noise level. This is the first issue of this kind in several years with this unit and we feel this is an extremely unfair review as a remedy was readily available but no notice was given.

Nice if for a two day stay. We had four nights and didn’t have hotel guest access to laundry or breakfast. Inconveniences that would get us to stay elsewhere for a longer stay. But very cute.

Very cute & clean room facing the water. There's a little tiki hut that we drank our morning coffee at. Everyone at the Ramada was super friendly and we loved the Tiki bar. The owner got back to us quickly when we had a questions. Would stay again!

This unit has been beautifully remodeled with a lot of thought given to the needs of travelers. Cute kitchenette area that sufficiently met my needs. Shower water pressure was great and well designed. This property has a nice pool area overlooking the water inlet. The Tarpon Bay Tiki Bar and Grill had a diverse menu and was fun with different daily activities such as Monday Bingo night. The location was perfect for access to Anna Marie Island and Longboat Key beaches as well as Sarasota. Would definitely stay in this unit again,

We are also sorry that you do not approve of the quality of our contractors finishes that you found subpar. We completely renovated the unit two years ago using contractors who also work for many of the top home builders in the area.
