The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set the thermostat to A/C and temperature to 76 degrees.
Make sure all items are returned to their original locations. Ex: TV remotes, games, dish ware, etc.
Bedding can remain as is, and all towels (including pool towels) should be left in the bathrooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Absolutely no shoes in the carpeted areas - Refrain from placing luggage on top of furniture. Luggage racks provided in each room for that purpose.
- No loud music allowed in the house anytime. - Using bath towels to wipe off makeup is not allowed. Guests are responsible for any stains or damages
- Don't take house items. House is inventoried. - Early check-ins/late check-outs must be authorized and paid beforehand. - NO jumping on furniture

This is a great property, excellent location with plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment very close by. Quiet area, gated, and very safe! The clubhouse has plenty of amenities for kids as well as adults. Excellent spot for a quick get away or an extended vacation!
