Located in the gated Terra Verde Resort Community our villa features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The villa lay-out is a kitchen, laundry room, a large half bathroom, dining area and living room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs.

The bedroom layout is:
Master bedroom - king size bed and ensuite bathroom
Guest bedroom 1 - queen size bed
Guest bedroom 2 - twin beds x 2

Each bedroom also has a mounted television with full streaming service.

Wi-Fi and cable are included with your rental.

Full supplies are provided including but not limited to bed linens, towels, kitchen equipment, and serving ware.

The full kitchen has the standard appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher), pots and pans, and tableware (plates, bowls, cups, mugs etc.). The dining room seats up to 6 while the relaxing living room has a sofa and recliner.

An enclosed backyard makes for a private way to relax. Patio furniture and a grill/bbq allow you to take your meals outside and enjoy the fantastic weather. The patio backs on to a greenery area, meaning there are no neighbors behind.

Basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap) are provided to get you started (i.e., one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel).

COMMUNITY INFO:
The community features a variety of amenities and features to enhance your experience such as a community pool with hot tub, poolside Tiki Bar, beach volleyball court, tennis court, a catch and release fishing pond, kids mini golf, playground and more. The community is in a great location with proximity to Disney World, Universal, shopping outlets and more.

Please note there is a $20 gate card charge when checking into the community that is charged by Terra Verde.
