Situated in an ideal location, merely half a mile from the Welch-Dickey Trail and within a convenient 15-minute drive to Waterville Valley, this tranquil condominium presents an excellent choice for those eager to explore the year-round beauty and attractions of the White Mountains. Lincoln/Loon Mtn is approximately a 25-minute drive, while Cannon Mtn and Franconia Notch are 35 minutes away.
This unit is located on the upper level of the condominium. Upon entering through the front door, input your code on the lock labeled "A."

- This unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests only, strictly limited to 4 adults and 2 children.

- All guests are required to complete the Gateway Form, a mandatory HOA requirement prior to arrival. Kindly provide your email address so we can send the form to you in advance.

The property manager can furnish detailed terms related to guest screening upon request. You may receive an email to complete the screening. * No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks
* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am
