Private guest house next door offers an additional 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and small kitchen. Connected by a wooden walkway and great landscaping, enjoy large wrap around decks, and a beautiful dock/pier to enjoy the coastal living. Watch lobster boats come and go from the working wharf next door, and explore the beach area at low tide. Plenty of on site parking, and steps away from the infamous Olson House depicted by artist Andrew Wyeth

Family Gathering

Always wonderful having our family gather for a week on the coast of Maine. Enjoyed location and visiting this area. We have young grandkids so a little beach access would have bern an added benefit. And a ladder for swimming off the dock. House is beautiful.

Fabulous home

The pictures do show how much space this house has! So comfortable and spacious inside and the long deck outside provided multiple areas to hang out, have meals, etc. The substantial dock was great for our boat and the lobster dock at the end of the street was easy to get our lobsters from. This house is isolated but that is what we wanted to it was perfect for us!

Majestic Maine

Gorgeous property and home. Dock and water views were from every window! Well stocked kitchen. Lots of room for everyone! The lobster dock nearby was so special. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck and used the guest house as well. Samantha was very responsive! Having the Olson House on the same street was spectacular.

Idyllic Maine Stay

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful waterfront home in Cushing. There was plenty of space for our family with 8 adults and 1 child. The kitchen is well very well equipped with anything you may need. We LOVED having our family dinners at the huge dining table that over looks the water. It’s an easy drive to some of our favorite spots in Rockland and Spruce Head. Samantha was very responsive. My family is already talking about booking again for next year!

Our Experience

House and guest house are spacious and nicely furnished. They overlook the Saint Georgia River on which lobster boats can be seen coming and going. Lobsters were purchased from a commercial lobster place a short walk away. Each day we traveled to various points of interest, e.g. Monhegan Island, Camden, Tenant’s Harbor, Damariscota, Freeport. We left 90ish degree weather at home to temps in the mid 60ties in Cushing. A wonderful trip.
