About this property

Whether you are traveling for work or for pleasure, our home is perfectly located in a quite and safe neighborhood. We are minutes to the airport, downtown, and to several of Des Moines premier event centers.

Great dinning, shopping and entertainment are within 10 minutes of us. Explore our historical East Village, Court Avenue District for Entertainment, Science Center, Blank Park Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Pappajohn Sculpture Park, Lauridsen Skatepark, or one of many local athletic teams!
The space
Our home is newly remodeled with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main level with a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Smart TV's are located in each bedroom and living room. Our kitchen is fully equipped and fully functioning for your cooking needs. Both a new washer and dryer are located on the lower level. Our home is pet friendly with a dog lead available for the large private backyard. A large deck is accessible via the dining room. Private parking available in the driveway and off street in front of our home.

Utilize the side door located next to the driveway as your main entrance. A keyless entry with your custom access code will be provided prior to check-in.
