Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home! Sitting on an extremely private 3.5 acres, this home features the most beautiful ocean views stretching for miles and miles.

While vacationing in this home you will also find four spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a beautiful and updated kitchen and ample, comfortable living spaces. A beautiful spiral staircase leads up to a gorgeous loft space. Each level, of course, provides views for days!

Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. The Block Island Ferry brings travelers to Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip to consider for your group. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!

The gorgeous landscape is quite the treat to enjoy! Ample back yard space for games or relaxation. A pond to enjoy kayaking and there is a very large fenced-in dog run area as well.

Not to mention, Roger Wheeler Beach is very much within walking distance! Don't forget to rinse off in everyone's favorite amenity, the outdoor shower, after a day at the beach!

Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats are provided for your stay. All linens are professionally laundered after every reservation and replaced with freshly cleaned sets prior to your arrival. Beds will be made before check-in, and towels will be arranged for your use.
For your convenience, starter supplies are also provided. These include, at minimum: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. We kindly ask that you plan to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starter items.

Great location. Convenient and quiet neighborhood with great views. Close to the beaches and to Narragansett and South Kingstown restaurants. A great spot to get away and only one hour from Providence.

Fantastic property. Several decks with great views. Huge lawns bordering a beautiful slat marsh, and walking distance to restaurants bars and shops.One of the beauties of this property is the privacy, unlike other rentals we saw, this house was secluded and completely private.

The house is beautiful especially the views . We were comfortable. One observation, the picture of the spiral staircase - this is the only way to the upstairs bedrooms. It was difficult taking a big suitcase upstairs. We managed . One other comment, the chair in the living room was extremely uncomfortable as it felt broken . Other than that we had a great time .

Amazing vacation house

This is a fabulous home in a wonderful location! The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had all the needed amenities plus more! The view of the pond and ocean from the back deck is stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this property and would definitely go back. The communication from the property managers was excellent!

Nice Spot for a family get away

House was in a nice private spot at the end of a quiet neighborhood with families. We enjoyed seeing the wild rabbits, wild birds, swans, deer, and even a coyote passing through the yard. Linens were not there when we arrived, but the host fixed that issue quickly. Overall was a great stay and would definitely recommend.

A Stay too Short

Property was clean, neat and had everything necessary for a great, family vacation. Being native Rhode Islanders, we all came home from all over the country for a family wedding. Having only a few days, we were all very sad to not have more time to enjoy this home and amenities, location and each other.

Beautiful Property

This rental had it all! You look out at incredible ocean/marsh wildlife habitat: swans, ducks, etc. Views views views! The house was immaculate and well stocked with anything you might need. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. 85 inch HD TV…..😃 You will not be disappointed.

60th wedding celebration

The view is exhilarating, which includes a huge variety of birds flitting around the property. There are bird feeders and birdseed for guests if they want to put it out. Binoculars and a bird book add to the enjoyment of the setting. A few things to warn everyone about. The quality and size of the towels are substandard. There are extra pillows but no extra pillowcases. No extra blankets so many of us were cold at night. The booking agency is very friendly, saying we could contact them, but that really doesn't help when it's 9:00 and you find there are no blankets. There is an extra 300 charge for linens!

We wish you had contacted us to request additional blankets and pillowcases, as we are always happy to assist and deliver additional items. Our office text line is available 24 hours a day, with live staff available to respond to requests, questions, and, of course, emergencies. The Linen and cleaning costs are outlined in the price breakdown, and we are always happy to discuss these line items in greater detail. The home provides enough bed sheets and towels for 16 guests, which inherently increases the overall cost. We checked the home following your stay and did find additional blankets in the bedrooms. We will work to make sure these items are more easily found in the future.

Beautiful location and home

Loved our stay at this home. Property is like a nature preserve with rabbits, turtles, birds, and one coyote (we stayed outside when dogs were in the dog run but only saw the coyote once). House was very comfortable for our family of 5. If filling to the capacity of 17, several beds would be in sections open to the first floor (1/2 walls open to first floor) that would hear noise on the first floor. Access to the second floor uses a spiral staircase. It was an easy walk to two beaches... one that allowed dogs but was rocky (Seaweed Beach). Our only suggestion would be to add more screens in the first floor windows. Management company was very responsive. We hope to return next year!

While the property was generally as depicted in the posted pictures, it was definitely not "luxurious". The outdoor areas were great, as was the location. The setting was beautiful with stunning views from multiple decks (although the main floor deck was a challenge to use after dark since there was no light). The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of outdoor chairs, games and other stuff in the garage, including a second refrigerator. However, the inside furnishings were a bit shabby. The side chair in the living area was unusable and in need of repair/replacement. The sectional couch was only a little better. Also, the linen situation was terrible. The bath towels were small, thin and worn. Also, there were no kitchen towels which made washing/drying dishes impossible. Finally, were were no toiletries, not even a small bar of soap. This was not consistent with a "luxury" property. With a few minor changes to the furnishings and linens, this could definitely be a "luxury" property and worth the price.Overall, it was a nice property and management was extremely responsive.
