Upper deck all the way around overlooks water and neighborhood. The house has 7 beds. Each bedroom has 1 queen, nook has 4 bunks, living room has 1 queen pull out. House has everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Gas grill available for your use. Enjoy cast netting and fishing in canal on property, boating, or bird watching.

Located right off the San Bernard River which connects to the Intercoastal. Waters have great fishing possibilites. Public boat ramp is 2 minutes down the road. Secluded beach accesible by boat just 10 mintues from house. House is located 30 minutes from Sargent and also from Freeport for those who would like to visit the beach by vehicle. House is in quiet nieghborhood, wonderful for get-a-way.

Quality Time Family Vacation

Clean and Spacious! We cooked comfortably, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed regarding dishes, and pots and pan. The house allowed our family to have excellent family time as well as time in solitude. The kids loved being on the porch with the rocking chairs, the deck is also awesome to find the best view of the sunset! Washer & Dryer so helpful from a day at the beach! Awesome place to entertain family, cook and sleep comfortably! Great pillows! Hot water was right on after the beach showers for a family of 8! We had a blast, this weekend was a Vacation! Thanks!
