We really loved staying in this property. The host contacted us prior to let us know there was one issue with the railing on the patio and moved us to one unit upstairs - which seemed like it was probably identical other than slightly better view. These units seemed brand new and super nice - everything was very pretty inside. Pup friendly, which was a real plus for us. The unit looks out at the water, which is really nice and easy access for walks or runs on the path next to the beach. Also right next door to a bakery, which is nice - or a short walk to a Mundos in the morning for local coffee. Owners were super nice and provided lots of information - a really enjoyable stay, overall!

Absolutely Perfect — The View Alone Is Worth It!We honestly could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary! Every single detail of this condo was incredible.The three decks overlooking Grand Traverse Bay were absolutely breathtaking. And waking up to this view from our bed every morning was something we’ll never forget. The photos don’t even do it justice!From the moment we booked, communication was wonderful and check-in was seamless. The condo was beautifully maintained, comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed. The bedding was so comfortable that it truly felt like we were at home — only with a million-dollar view! The location was fantastic. We were able to walk the trails, hike Sleeping Bear Dunes, visit a winery, and walk to dinner every day, which made it so easy to slow down and actually enjoy our anniversary together. After spending so much of our everyday life focused on work, this trip was exactly what we needed, and this condo made it even more special.There was honestly nothing we would change. Every detail was perfect, the location was perfect, the view was incredible, and the entire experience felt effortless.We left already talking about when we could come back. If you’re considering staying here, book it! You won’t regret it. Thank you for helping make our 30th anniversary one we’ll always remember! 🥂

Traverse city weekend.

It is located close to downtown. The place is newly built and clean as of 9/2023. There are 3 balconies which look out onto the bay. The rooms are pretty spacious and nice.

Traverse City Getaway

The condo was as pictured on Vrbo. The unit looks brand new and has a great view of the bay! It is across Bay Street from US 31 but my wife and I did not have any noise issues. The location is close to everything. We are already thinking about returning.

The property was exactly as described and had the wow factor when we entered. I would stay at this place again. Great location. The only complaint is the property manager never responded to a question I had; I received a text that someone would respond but I'm still waiting. That aside no complaints.
