Welcome to beautiful Dream House Acres, one of the best areas in the Denver metro! Our mid-century, contemporary home is located on a quiet street close to all the amenities including the Streets at Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Inverness Business Park, Park Meadows Mall, Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater, and University of Denver. With two skylights in the living room and an open-floor plan, this spacious home is flooded with natural light and is fully stocked to meet your needs.
The space:
With 2,885 sq. ft. of space, there is plenty of room for the whole family and friends too! There are three bedrooms on the main floor with two queen beds and a twin bed with a trundle, the main full bathroom, a full bathroom off the master bedroom, and a dining area and large living room with a wood-burning fireplace off the kitchen. The basement includes a large family room with a sectional that converts into two twin beds, a wood-burning fireplace, a full bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, an office/bedroom (air mattress can be used), and laundry. The large backyard is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a BBQ!
Guest access:
Entire home, including the double-car garage, is available for our guests.

We have a strict no-smoking, no-parties, and no-pets policy. Please see our house manual for further details.

We love our neighbors and the clean, well-maintained neighborhood. The area offers fantastic convenience, with shopping just minutes away — The Streets at SouthGlenn is only a couple of minutes down the road, and Park Meadows Mall is just 10 minutes away. For groceries, both Trader Joe’s and King Soopers are just minutes away. We also enjoy easy access to local rec centers and the beautiful DeKoevend Park, perfect for outdoor activities, just across from our neighborhood. It's no surprise that Centennial was ranked the best city to live in Colorado!
