A/C. Open floor plan living room with fireplace and kitchen/dining with a deck. Easy and spacious house to share with other families.

1st floor: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower stall and laundry. One bedroom has a living room area in it.
2nd floor: Kitchen/dining/living. Deck, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower combo. .
3rd floor: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

Fire pit in the huge, 2 acre yard with plenty of parking and fire wood. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and everything you need to entertain. Regular coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher are there.

EASY CHECK IN WITH A CODE.

All beds are QUEEN size except for 1st floor left bedroom which is a full size.
Sleep 14. Easy drive to many beaches. (Narragansett, Scarborough, Rodger Wheeler, East Matunuck, Galilee, Newport) You can purchase a parking pass to all state beaches online for $60. . Many restaurants and activities nearby.
Ten minutes to Jamestown, 20 minutes to Newport, 3 minutes to URI and 10 minutes to Yawgoo waterslides and pool. . Super easy drive to Newport and Jamestown

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house had plenty of space for our group of 10, was spotless on arrival, and had a great yard for hanging out. The location made for a perfect Rhode Island getaway, and the host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

Joanne’s property is amazing and exactly as pictured.The home was extremely clean & spacious and included all of the amenities we needed for a bachelorette weekend. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m in the area.

Perfect House for Family

We took the extended family to celebrate our son’s University of Rhode Island graduation and the house location is SO close to the campus and beach and shops and restaurants! The outdoor fire pit was a wonderful place to gather with family and friends too!

Relaxing getaway

The property was great for our large group. Very spacious with 7 bedrooms and an open floor plan common area. The backyard was wonderful and we had a nice time hanging out around the fire pit and playing in the large yard. Easy access to Narragansett beaches and restaurants.

Great home for large group!!

The house was just perfect for our large group!!! The lower level has 3 bedroom which was perfect for kids to bunk up in. The main level was spacious for all to enjoy along with the large, private yard. The owners were prompt and responsive making the trip seamless. Would definitely recommend this property to others, we hope to return next summer!!

Wonderful re-union in Narragansett area

It was a really nice break with total 12 friends at this house. Everything was perfect and as advertised, a nice backyard with a firepit and a grill was a nice touch. The location is nice with short drive to Newport and great seafood and plenty of restaurants. Only minor with a bunch of people trying to use the shower gets a bit tricky as hot water runs out quickly.

Family Fun!!!

Joanne’s house met our family needs quite nicely!! The children loved running around the yard, the adult fire lovers found the fire pit to be awesome, and all the s’more lovers were very pleased! Spacious bedrooms, a bathroom on every floor, and the house was nice and cool on the hot summer days. Only trouble encountered was the front door which was tricky to lock sometimes.
