What a great stay! Never have we had so much fun in a house with four families. The house was clean and comfy and so well equipped. Two professional chefs in our group cooked an amazing dinner for 12 in the awesome kitchen! The kitchen, the pool, the games, the sofas…. such a great holiday!!

Family members from 4 states in town for memorial service. This was the perfect property with 4 bedrooms,4 bathrooms and pool/hottub as an added benefit.Had a minor issue on arrival that was addressed immediately by the host who were onsite within 15 minutes of our call!Would definitely recommend and would book again for family gathering.

Property is unique and very pet friendly (we had 1 dog with us). location is great, super close to walmart and incredible parks. kitchen appliances were top of the line. house has a lot of charm.

Our stay excellent. My family and I stayed for 3 days. The house was very clean. We did not feel over crowded. The house was very spacious and the yard also. Lots of activities for my grandkids in the house and outside. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and basketball court despite a little rain off and on. My daughters and I enjoyed preparing meals in the beautiful. Great place for a family gathering of 12-15 people. The host was excellent.

There was plenty of space for our party of 9. We never felt cramped. The kitchen was well stocked with any kitchenware that we needed. The host was very responsive to questions throughout our stay. We would absolutely book again!

The stay was perfect for our need. we were there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and needed the space to house our guest, we did not use the pool or Hot Tub. The house was well equipped with plenty of Kitchen utensils and necessities.

Everything was above and beyond what we expected. A well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and many games. We enjoyed the nice big pool and jacuzzi. We also made good use of the popcorn machine, it was a big hit for all ages. The host was very attentive and quick to respond when needed. We had 12 people staying there and relatives visiting, it never felt crowded. I highly recommend this for a large group.

Fantastic Stay!

Our group was in town for a work trip and we had a fantastic stay here! The home is well maintained, well stocked, and has plenty of space for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and our host was great! I would definitely stay here again.

The house is absolutely adorable and was nicely equipped with everything we needed, linens, towels, cookware, entertainment, and extras. The hosts were very attentive and communicated throughout the stay. We were only expected to do minimum cleanup activities- unlike other places we've stayed.We definitely recommend this house and plan to return ourselves.

Tallahassee Family get together

A perfect place for a large group to gather. The pool was great for the kids and the hot tub was good for the adults. Lots of space to spread out and activities to keep everyone entertained.

Absolutley perfect!

This is the best house for a large group. The pool is fantastic and the kitchen was great for large groups and family. We will be staying again next summer! We were all sad to leave this perfect summer getaway.

Wonderful family weekend

My family had an amazing weekend together at this property! The house is beautiful and a great size for a larger group. My nieces and nephews had so much in the pool! The location also is very convenient and just moments away from stores, restaurants, etc. The host was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Meeting

Myself and 3 of my business partners were in town for a meeting we had Tuesday morning, your place provided us plenty of room to prepare for our meeting and everyone had their own bed and shower. You have a very nice place and it was perfect for our need.

My family truly enjoyed our time at the property. The kids enjoyed the basketball court and playing the games at the property. We pretty much had everything we needed at the property. The host was excellent and answered our questions and concerns quickly! Overall great experience.

Impeccable Family Getaway

Property was beautiful - pictures don’t do it justice! Accommodations for all generations. Our family could not have enjoyed our stay more. Location is great for day trips. We went to St. George’s island, Tallahassee Museum, and the Caverns in Marianna. The house was ready and waiting for us to unwind each day. Plenty of space for everyone to get some R&R. I could not recommend this place more. I would stay here again and hope to.

Summer vacation

This property is just like the pictures posted! Mr Rorry was an awesome host during pur stay. We had such a great time. I've already told others about this home. My family spent more time in the pool than bed!
