The unit was very nice and comfortable We couldn't figure out using the music/tv but other than that, everything was great. Our host responded to all our questions. We did not ask her about the tv. We plan to use this unit again in the future when we come to visit my brother who is in an Assisted Living Facility.

I cannot imagine a more comfortable, clean and quiet location for a couple And, a big bonus is the beautiful, semi-naturalized backyard setting. A perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. If we ever come back to Sarasota this is where we will stay, no doubt about it.

The unit was extremely well kept, clean with a lot of great features to include surround sound entertainment. The only minor clarification needed is that the bedroom is not enclosed and therefore does not offer privacy. Perfect for a couple!

This is a perfect rental for a couples getaway. We loved staying here so much! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to everything you may need. The bed was super comfy, shower was awesome and the kitchen has everything you may need during your stay. Parking was easy as you are able to use half of the driveway which worked out great for us since we brought our jet ski. Verlaine and Keith were very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice rental. It was very clean, it had everything we needed and was very quiet. We made steaks on the grill one night and enjoyed the hot tub.

Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. The apartment provided us with everything we needed. The location was perfect to get to restaurants and visit family.I am blown away by all the plants especially the sedum plus other plants that I can't grow in Virginia. I took a lot of pictures .
