The house was perfect for our trip. The nice big living room, kitchen, dining room area was perfect for our three families. There was a playground outside, and games to keep the kids busy. The host was very helpful and answered all my questions very promptly. Our week was excellent, the house had everything we could need and the kids are already asking when we get to go back.
We had excellent communication with the owner and absolutely no issues! Very close to Yellowstone and a great setup for a large group. We enjoyed the large living space and deck with Beautiful views.
Great house, lots of room and wonderfully equipped kitchen. The drive to the West Entrance of Yellowstone is easy.

3 day vacation
Location was decent, views are pretty, the pictures are outdated as it was much older then we excepted. We didn’t really get to enjoy the patio because it was old and needed work. The table on the patio had no top and chairs had no cushions. The cushions were in the garage but dirty. Would have been nice if all that was taken care of for us. The 4th bedroom is really not a 4th bedroom. It’s a storage room with beds and separated by a shower curtain to the utility space. It was a scary space for the kids and nobody wanted to stay in the room.
Although the pictures suggest the property is amazing, do not be fooled. The exterior of the home is very poorly maintained, we arrived to weeds growing up in playground, firepit and along the house. I called the manager to suggest some weed trimming and he spoke to me like I was a idiot. The house has a major mouse infestation around the exterior. Junk is piled up on the outside. Doors were broken, etc. The interior is decent and well equipped, but overall, very poorly managed. Owner and manager made a lot of excuses, but all a person needs to do is look at all the other homes in the neighborhood and see, the owner simply not maintaining the home properly. Lastly, not even sure it's a properly approved VRBO.

Shaun, should not be renewed to at any instance. He is a mean guest who is your usual home inspector type. I highly suggest not renting to this man.

Wonderful open living space but communication issues
The large living/kitchen/dining space was fantastic for our group of five adults, and the view from the large lake-facing windows was beautiful. We sat on the deck the first evening and watched two moose grazing in the yard. The bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, and while one bedroom was on the dingy side, the rest were bright and comfortable. The down side was that the kitchen sink cabinet doors were falling off, and the ancient "non-stick" pans were almost impossible to clean. Communication with our host was wonderful, prior to our arrival, with detailed messages about what to do in the area and where to shop for groceries. However, the host did not provide check-in information until late the day before we were to arrive, and I had to request the information. When we arrived, our first impression was quite negative because the lock box was falling off the wall, with no key in it. We couldn't get in. In a panic, I messaged the host, who replied immediately, but rather rudely, saying to use the keypad on the door. We had seen no keypad (just some black box), and this was not included in our check-in information. We entered through the garage, which reeked of fuel fumes, and the first room we saw was the rather dingy bedroom, so all in all, our first impressions were negative. The fireplace did not work, and the host did not respond other than to say "use the remote," which did not work. We still had a wonderful time, but I'm not sure what was up with the host
