This stunner is bay facing and high on pilings for perfect sunset and waterway viewing and has covered parking and outdoor shower. One flight up to the main floor leads you to the open concept family room with rustic fireplace, kitchen with gas and dining room to accommodate 14 people. With a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each floor consists of a master with bathroom en-suite and balcony, a queen bedroom with balcony and a bedroom with two double accompanied by a large shared bathroom. Additional 3rd floor open loft area views over the entire open second floor. Head east to the end of the street into the heart of Dewey and just two blocks to the beach. Pets are permitted with a $350 pet fee per pet. Dogs only- 2 pet max. Small and medium sized dogs only- under 60lbs A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $314.50.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

We had the best time staying at this Dewey Beach home! The house and rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable for our group. We especially loved the amazing view and the perfect location - close to everything while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. Overall, it was an incredible stay and we would absolutely recommend this property to others. We can’t wait to come back!
Amazing location!! Easy check in and checkout instructions. Lots of parking. Great price for the amount of room the place has. 6 bedrooms and the place is bigger in person. Thanks for letting us stay here for the weekend - we had a blast!
Great place and a good location! Check-in was a breeze and we had plenty of space for parking and a visitor or two. We loved that the area was dog-friendly. Short 2-block walk to the beach. The property was pretty well kept, and the management company was cheeerfully willing to provide information or help with any issues.

Great family vacation rental
5 star location and floor plan but rated 3 stars as rental needs updated mattresses (extremely uncomfortable), outdoor table/chairs very rusty, kitchen pots/pans/utensils dirty/poor quality, bathroom vanity needs repairs and kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor shower need deep cleaning (very moldy) and new/clean shower curtain liners.
We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The view over the bay was gorgeous and we enjoyed mornings and sunsets on the deck as a family. The short walk to the beach was great and having so many shops and food options right there was wonderful for our teenagers. Thank you for a lovely stay!
We were in town for a friends birthday celebration and loved this property and its proximity to the bars, beach and restaurants! (Something to note: It did not come supplied with toilet paper, towels, sheets or soap so you will want to make sure and bring those things or opt for the linen package.)

towels & blankets. Pillows, mattress covers and bedspreads are provided by the Landlord.
Tenant(s) shall provide their own paper and personal products which include but is not
limited to toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, detergent etc., as well as any beach gear. All
properties are individually owned and tenants should not assume what is provided.

The home was even better than anticipated. With great amenities and a fantastic location.
Lots of space for 2 families, 4 adults and 5 teens.
Our only suggestion would be to have the owner get a different cleaning company. The property could have benefited with a little more attention to detail.
College reunion. Group of (14) 40-year-olds. House accommodated us perfectly. Plenty of space. Great location, easy walk to bars, restaurants, coffee, and the beach. Great bay view from the porch. Showers aren’t great but I’ve never been to a beach house with water pressure. Will definitely be renting this place again!

Great house with bay view
Our group of 6 families had a great time at this house! All bedrooms were a good size and there was plenty of room. Location is perfect and we easily walked back and forth to the beach with nine kids ages 7 and under. There's plenty of off street parking too, which was nice and easy for loading and unloading. We also loved that we didn't have to drive anywhere all week- everything you want to do is walkable or you can grab the Jolly Trolly to get around.
The only drawbacks included: only one refrigerator in the house (no ice maker)- for a group our size 2 refrigerators would've been helpful. Having to refill ice trays and/or buy ice every day was not ideal. The beds were also not very comfortable- highly recommend bringing a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Also, while the bay view was gorgeous, the afternoon sun was blinding- we had to wear sunglasses while prepping dinner because the sun was so intense from about 4-6pm. Lastly the outdoor shower was great, but there was no hose. A hose would've been helpful to rise off our beach toys/chairs/feet, etc.
Other than that our stay was wonderful and would definitely return in the future!

Home is Not Being Maintained
This was our 3rd year staying in 126 New Orleans. It is very apparent that the owner is not doing anything to maintain this house. It is sad to see as this house and it's location have so much potential. The house is deteriorating and is now a safety concern. The HVAC system not running properly. Vents and ducts are filthy. Mushrooms and mold are growing in the hallway closet where the HVAC unit is located. There is garbage and a dead fish skeleton in the backyard and broken furniture under the deck that has been left there for 3 years now. Deck furniture was rotted and broken. It was replaced at our request by the homeowner but by the smallest table and 4 chairs. House sleeps 16. Table seats 4. Clearly the cheapest replacement was chosen by the home owner. Front deck has amazing views but needs shade/shelter from the direct afternoon and evening sun. Ideally a roof built with ceiling fans installed like the neighboring homes have. Currently no umbrella or shade is provided at all. We will not be returning to this house next year due to safety concerns of poor air quality and no basic maintenance being performed. Joseph Gallagher was excellent in his response time and his actions to help us through the week. I would definitely work with him again but will not be returning to this house. We are all very sad about it!
