Summary:

Tortuga Landing, an updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath half-duplex in Key Colony Beach, offers a quiet retreat with easy access to both the Atlantic and Gulf + Cabana Club access! (private swim club w/ with an Olympic-size pool, pristine beach, bar and snack shack!) . Dock your boat (up to 40ft) right at the house and enjoy the shared pool (shared with neighboring duplex only.) The master suite features a king bed and twin trundle, while the guest room has two queen beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor space includes a covered seating area and grill. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a bait freezer, fish cleaning station, washer/dryer, and parking for a boat trailer. Nearby, you’ll find beaches, restaurants and parks.

Great Spot in KCB

I’ve been going to Marathon around lobster season for 30 years and consistently stay in Key Colony. This is a great place that’s super comfortable for family and friends. Clean, spacious, updated and overall just a great spot. The neighbors were great - the best part is that their dog comes and hangs out! He’s a sweet Golden Retriever. We will be booking here next year!

Being on the canal and watching the fish, birds and passing boats was very relaxing! The pool and the fishing stations on the property were nice extras. The neighbors on the other side of our duplex, were very welcoming and helpful. We are going to miss John and Richard but will go out of our way to visit them in the future!!!

The sliding door doesn't lock. The bed frame lets the box spring fall through. other than that we had a great time.
