The location and views were great, but unfortunately, our experience did not come close to justifying the price. This home is on the top floor and was advertised as having an elevator, which was important because we had someone with a physical disability in our group. The elevator was broken for essentially our entire stay. We were told we were a priority, yet the technician arrived nearly 11 hours later, after 10 PM. Even more concerning, he entered the home without knocking, waking and startling everyone. He was unable to fix it and said he would return first thing the next morning, but did not return until the following evening. The elevator finally worked the morning we checked out.The technician also told us he had serviced this elevator multiple times and that a lasting repair would cost more than the temporary repairs he had been instructed to perform. The downstairs AC also failed, forcing my daughter and her fiancé to sleep upstairs on the couch due to the heat. It was repaired the next day, but took until late that night to cool. That technician also indicated the unit had required multiple service calls.Additionally, only 1 of 3 light bulbs worked in the powder room.Management offered 50 per day for the inconvenience, which I declined because I felt it did not reasonably reflect the issues we experienced.Beautiful views and a great location, but based on our experience, not worth the price. I would not stay at this property or rent through this managemen
