Our home is centrally located in Ames and is about 0.4 miles away from Jack Trice Stadium and Hilton Coliseum. A very easy walk to football games, basketball games, and any other events at The Iowa State Center.

-Fully equipped kitchen
-Completely stocked coffee bar with Ninja Coffee maker. Coffee maker can make a single cup or full pot of coffee
-King bed sleeps 2 people. Queen bed sleeps 2 people. Could fit a 5th person on the sofa.
-Both King and Queen mattresses are memory foam
-Washer and dryer
-Dedicated workspace
-Off-street parking in the driveway
