The Premier Beautiful Modern Ski House is part of the newly developed Riverwest Vacation Rentals, situated at the base of Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN. This property boasts some of the best locations in the development. It is privately owned and managed by North Shore Vacation Rentals, a family-owned business.

We strive to offer exceptional experiences in our five luxury homes, at 3 unique locations in Duluth. We offer personalized service, upscale cleaning standards, and lots of extras not found in typical vacation rentals.

This ski-themed house is at the heart of Duluth's outdoor access to adventure. Take advantage of a variety of activities available from this convenient and scenic location. - Please ensure propane is turned off and clean the grill if it was used. - Please clean any pet hair to avoid extra cleaning fees. - Please place ALL trash and recycling in the bins in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
~ $35 per dog, per night. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding and should not be left unattended. Pet hair/stains = $100 minimum cleaning fee.

The Modern Ski House was the perfect place for our family stay for our daughter’s wedding. The house had every amenity we could ask for. It was to prepare and serve family meals with a great kitchen and enough seating for 11 people. The bedrooms were so comfortable and especially nice to have 3 full bathrooms and a powder room. We enjoyed the sauna and the walking paths nearby were wonderful to allow the children to release their energy. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable.

The house was spacious and had awesome views. It was clean and ready when we arrived. The check in process was easy and host had great communication. Discounted Spirit lift tickets and the sauna were a great bonus! We will likely be back!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our large group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. Everything is beautifully decorated and every amenity was thought of. The common areas had plenty of space for all 10 adults to hang out and enjoy each other's company. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Great communication, will absolutely consider staying here again!

Perfect for Family Reunion

Beautiful home close to Spirit Mountain

This home appears to be brand new. Beautifully decorated, located close to the base of Spirit Mountain. You can see the slopes from the windows. We were two families with 3 teens, and the four bedrooms provided lots of space. We also enjoyed the sauna!

Work trip

We had a convention at the DECC for work and needed a nice place to stay where we could relax and spend time together away from work. We found that here! Very good use of space for the footprint of the house and stocked like you would expect a house to be. Everyone in the group was very happy with their stay. I will most likely stay here again if I have the opportunity. I highly recommend this property!

What’s not to love!?!

This house was so beautiful and even tastefully decorated for Christmas. 🎄❤️ Our family was able to comfortably gather, watch football, make holiday cocktail/mocktails, wear matching Christmas pj’s, and play games. This house provided everything you could possibly need. When we arrived, the beds all had a welcoming little stack of towels, makeup wipes, and toothbrush kits. Definitely a five star rental. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to come back again and again.

This place is gorgeous. Lots of room. Great layout. Beds and bedrooms were great. Really a wonderful place! The only negative, the garage was too small to hold two of our vehicles. We easily found street parking for all our vehicles, so not that big of a negative.

Our group could not have been happier with our stay at this brand new condo. They were beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we could have needed. Cute and Convenient

This is a super cute place ment to host a large group. Close to everything we wanted to do ( within 15 minutes) Our group enjoyed staying here. Communication was fantastic as this seems to still be under construction with small things needing completed (i.e trim finishing, frig water/ice system installed, painting, furniture on back order, closet shelf's put up, towel rack secured and general construction clean up in the house) will be amazing once the property is completely finished. We did enjoy our stay and will definitely stay again with future visits.
