Enjoy the on-site restaurant, beach bar and Tiki bar that are open 7 days a week. The ocean is steps from your condo and offers swimming, sunbathing, boogie boarding, and surf fishing.
This condo unit is located on the 5th floor of an elevator building with access to a garage space. The unit is located in a cluster that has a private pool with gated key access. The pool area includes a hot tub, bathrooms with showers and sauna, chairs, loungers and tables with umbrellas.
The unit includes brand new furniture and appliances, TV in the living room and both bedrooms, high speed wi-fi, desk with office chair, walk-in closet, washer/dryer. For the day at the beach, we include beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella and plenty of sand toys.
