We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this place. The condo was very spacious, comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Parking was easy as well. The pool was out of service while we were there but we spent our time on the beach so it did not impact us.

The rental company servicing this location leaves little to be desired. They did not leave parking passes. They had me looking under beds etc for them. A set were delivered the next day. They advertised beach accessories i.e. beach chairs. The two beach chairs that were there were so rusty you could barely open them. When I addressed the rental company about the issues, they weren't very apologetic at all. The condo itself was very nice and i enjoyed it immensely.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize that your experience at the property fell short of expectations, as this is not the standard we strive to uphold at Southern Vacation Rentals. We understand the frustration caused by the missing parking passes upon arrival and apologize for the inconvenience of having to contact our 24/7 Guest Services team to locate them. We are pleased that replacement passes were delivered during your stay. Regarding the beach chairs, please note that complimentary beach equipment and related amenities are provided at the discretion of the individual unit owner. We regret that the chairs available at the property did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're delighted that you found the condo itself very nice and that you enjoyed your stay overall. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more seamless future stay. -Your Southern Team

Super stay

We love love loved staying at this vondo. It was so wonderful and convenient to everything. The only thing that was mildly frustrating was when we got up early to set up on the beach only to be to move because beach chairs and umbrellas were set up after us. But you had to pay for them. It was annoying to be paying for a beach front place but not be alloeed to set up in front of where we wete staying unless we bought chairs. Other than that everything was wonderful

There were a few bugs in the condo, railing in balcony was broken, called and they came out to fix it but it wasn’t fixed completely. Bathroom door handle was loose, chair legs are about to fall off several dining room chairs. We didn’t stay in condo much so we didn’t complain about it all. We did call about bugs, to my knowledge they didn’t do anything about them, they halfway fix the railing
