Great, we really enjoyed ourselves. Very clean, bathrooms were completely stocked, shampoo, body wash, scrubber and the shower heads were wonderful, towels were new and bid. TV's in in bedrooms and a big one in the living room. The beds in two of the rooms were hard. The ping pong table was well used, loved the big dining room and table.
The house was absolutely perfect for our friend’s getaway - spotless, well-stocked kitchen, peaceful area in close proximity to attractions. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
This property was just perfect for my family. The location was great. House was SUPER clean and the host was great. Lots of room and everything you need. Would stay again!

Briana's home was very clean and tastefully decorated. The location is convenient for activities in Crystal River and Homosassa. Briana was easy to contact and always replied promptly. Our only complaints were (1) patio was littered with leaves and furniture was not clean (2) television had no streaming services and we couldn't get the main channels either. We were disappointed we couldn't watch the Oscars.
Wonderful place to stay and close to every thing we needed fir the cousins trip this year. The cousins loved the waffle maker and hanging out together on the hammock. We wished we had more time to use the bikes and kayaks. It’s fantastic those too were offered for our stay.
This house was just redonee.
Everything is new and beautiful. It's very spacious and close to Crystal River activities. It is decorated so nicely, even down to their choice of books. The beds are so soft and cozy. I would love to stay here again! The only problem i had was getting the door code.
This place is amazing!! Briana thought of everything…breakfast, towels, bikes, games, etc., etc!!! This senior group of 62+ year olds were so pleased and comfortable! We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Communication was incredible. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. With great hiking trails nearby. The kids played in the front and backyards. It is a deadebd street so not much traffic. The house was clean and well maintained.
We were pleasantly surprised to find that the listing was even prettier in real life. Very clean, smelled amazing and very open for my family of 6 plus some relatives who came by to visit. All necessary cooking items were on hand and the fenced back yard was a plus for the kids. I loved the manatees theme. Thank you Briana.
We stayed for 8 days and loved every minute of it. Host was great at communicating and working with us. The ammenities were above and beyond, property was super clean, spacioius and well cared for. Great location; close to state park (2 I beleive), river, restaurants, downtown Crystal River, very quiet (down a deadend rd with only 2 other properties on rd). All around, it was great and host was great. We already are planning our next trip and will plan it around this properties availablitly. Would highly reccommend to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay in the Crystal River aread.
I enjoyed the house, the location, and the amenities. I did not enjoy the issue that happened Friday night. I specially told the owners there would be 8 people total at the house. After saying that, I got a voicemail and a message saying the cops would be called because events weren’t permitted. No events were taking place, and I had a party of 2 show late due to family issues. After the event Friday night it felt like it was a big brother situation and we were being watched the entire time. It felt like it was no longer a private retreat and it put us all in a worrisome mindset.
What a wonderful property close to all the nature and fun. Lots of great restaurants on the river in the area. Kayaking at 3 sister springs is a must. I cant say enough about the host Briana she puts the super in super host. Very attentive and helpful. Overall a great experience
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well laid out with lots of gathering areas for our family (living room, large dining area with lots of room, and outdoor patio). It also came with kayaks and bikes which we used at the nearby state parks.
Everything was great, very clean and perfect if you have boat trailers. Parking space galore!
Briana was a joy to work with and very accommodating. My sister and 3 brothers came to FLA to celebrate my oldest brother's 80th birthday. He lives in Inverness. We were able to surprise him, and we had a wonderful weekend together. The house was very roomy and felt very nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, it is close to all kinds of things to do and the rivers are amazing.
