Spacious Ranch with no steps, wide hallway, and an EV plug in the garage! It's not completely ADA assessible but a no step entry, wide bedroom doors, and wide hallways are what you're looking for, you've got it here! This home is located in a residential neighborhood with mostly small ranch homes close to many main attractions in Bloomington.

You'll love to unwind in this stylish home after a long day at work! The outdoor dining area overlooking the large yard is a great place to hang out and relax. The big comfy sectional in the living room is another perfect place to relax after a long day. There are 3 bedrooms - one that is a twin trundle bed and one full bathroom with extra counterspace. The kitchen is a large open space with updated appliances and perfect for cooking up your favorite meals and enjoying together with good company.
You also have access to complimentary laundry in the home.
The entire house is yours to enjoy.
We offer self-check-in but we are in town, so we can be there in a fairly short amount of time if needed.
Walking distance to ISU but far enough away to be peaceful! Located in a residential neighborhood with mostly small ranch homes.
