Beautiful cabin

Wanted to get away for a couple days for our anniversary and this was the perfect cabin for us. Well maintained, super clean and very cozy. Great communication with owner and would definitely come back again.

A perfect weekend getaway. The cabin was clean and adorable. It was perfect! We were celebrating my husbands birthday and retirement. Close to Galena and Dubuque, for restaurants and hiking.

Great anniversary weekend.

This place was by far one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in. Exceptionally clean and had the best stocked kitchen I've ever had. Every type of cooking utensil, pots pans, plates ect that I needed.Hosts were great! We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and were surprised with a bottle of wine!Highly recommend.

Weekend Getaway

I wanted to plan a weekend getaway for my boyfriend when I stumbled upon this cabin. It is tucked away off the main road but everything is within close driving distance. We loved the atmosphere and esthetics of the cabin and the hosts thought of everything down to the little details! I highly recommend this place and woukd definitely stay here again! Thank you for letting us stay at your cute little cabin!!

Had a wonderful weekend at the Cabin. The cabin was decorated for Valentines and was a wonderful extra item to see the owners do for it. The cabin was equipped with everything. We enjoyed staying here and will be back!

Beautiful Cabin!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway! It was very clean and organized. It was close to both Galena and Dubuque and the drive to get to each was very simple. Thank you for being a great host!

Warm, cozy stay

We had a wonderful stay for a weekend. The cabin is well equipped with plenty of towels, blankets, and all of the kitchen essentials from dishes and spices to coffee and utensils. The cabin had multiple heaters so we kept very warm. There were also several fans and an in wall air conditioner so you are sure to have plenty of ways to keep you comfortable all year round. The location was ideal - close enough to Galena and Dubuque for activities but far enough to feel quiet contentment away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this cabin for a couples get away. Would book again.

Beautiful Getaway Retreat

This place is absolutely beautiful and so clean! Such a quiet retreat and so close to everything. We went to Galena and Dubuque which were only about 20 minutes away from this property. Highly recommend! Hope to come back in the summer! Scott the host was very kind and answered messages quickly. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Great quiet cozy cabin. Very well maintained and updated. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but you’re literally minutes away from Dubuque and Galena Illinois. I would highly recommend having a stay.

Perfect except silverware drawer that I addressed with hostess contact; I learned that this cabin is owned by a distant relative or or I would have asked for some kind of discount I would stay there again because I think the one issue was an anomaly and exception Great location and ambiance

Absolutely great !!

I usually never leave reviews but this property defiantly deserves 1, we have stayed at several ( the wife and I) this was our favorite stay , it was super clean, nicely decorated all the feeling of home, the owners spared nothing it was all there, grill,firepits,extra pillows,fans, you name it ,they had it there for you even the little stuff that we aways bring,,perfect country location but just moments away from galina /Elizabeth iL.ect so very peaceful, was a great 50th Birthday get away ,,WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.. thank you for a wonderful stay !!!!!!

Hazel Green cabin

When we arrived Friday evening, the cabin was cold. We had to keep our jackets on for the first two hours. Then, sometime around 1-2am, we both woke up due to being too hot. Thank you for the extra effort placing flowers in the cabin.FYI. The cupboard next to the fridge is lose
