Perfect spring break with family

Great Villa! Location was perfect...we coukd walk everywhere. Very nice boat slip. Beautiful views od Indian Bay. Perfect for small family looking for quiet setting.

Great Family retreat

Great place for family if your family likes fishing. Mine does had lots of fun. Condo very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Water Views

We had an amazing time relaxing, fishing, and crabbing at this adorable bay unit. Waking up to incredible views and having the option to fish off the dock was a bonus! Beaches, restaurants, and the golf course are all within a few minutes drive. I highly recommend staying here!

What a beautiful place!

5*’s all around! Super clean and beautiful views!! Owners were very responsive and helpful. Only issues for us had NOTHING to do with the place or owners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Watermelon Cay! The location was convenient, the place was clean and new, the kitchen was great, the furnishings were fantastic, and the waterfront docks were convenient for boating and fishing. There are a couple of nearby ramps to launch a boat, and we docked our boat at the property during our stay. We were there for fishing, but there were families in other units, so it's a great place for both. I highly recommend Watermelon Cay!

4 night stay

The condo was nice overall. Seating was limited in the tv area with a couch on a wall far away from the TV and one chair in front of the TV viewing area. Hand soap dispensers were almost empty in the kitchen and bathroom. The shades at the front door and back door were completely see thru which we didn't like. The view out back was beautiful. We would've liked to had access to some fishing poles to fish off the back deck.

This unit is very nice and was exceptionally clean. Items to note: they provide a starter pack of supplies (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and a few hotel sized toiletries). If cooking, you will need to bring oil, salt and pepper, etc. Two things we didn’t particularly care for but made work…the only privacy blinds are in the bedroom. I hung a sheet over the front door since it’s right next to the bunks. The bunks are equipped with real mattresses but that makes the top bunk mattress level with the railing. It is seven feet off the ground and made my nine year old a bit nervous. We slid a tote lid between the mattress and railing to provide a bumper. Overall, we would book the unit again. We saw dolphins just off the dock early in the morning. We enjoyed the kayaks.

This property was listed as Luxury and two bedroom. The reality was not even one bedroom by code standards. One bedroom without a closet and bunk beds in the hallway. The sheets were amazon poly fiber that were so pilled it was like sleeping in dirt. The pillows were horrible poly-foam. The comforters were unwashed and smelled of cheap perfume and sunscreen. No propane for grills, one already used roll of toilet paper, no hangers b/c no closets. Trash cans on street were completely full and neighbors left bags of trash outside their doors. Also, not ADA compliant. This was not an issue for us but another guest in the facility.
