You and your family were 5-star guests, we’re so glad that you enjoyed your stay and that the things we pride ourselves on met your needs, especially ensuring the house is clean, welcoming and well stocked for each guest, as well as our availability & responsiveness. Our promise to each guest is that we take their concerns seriously and use feedback to make any necessary improvements, and your input allowed us to do that. As long-time vacation renters ourselves, we know that having concerns addressed promptly is key to having a good vacation and this is what we want for our guests too. We also love that we have one of the longest driveways in the neighborhood that’s also wide enough for most vehicles to sit side by side, making it perfect for accommodating families and their guests. We’re sorry it was a tight fit for your group! Thank you for acknowledging our quick response when you noted some ants; although ants are common in the area and especially near water, we’ve been fortunate to not have any problems until now and letting us know meant we were able to take care of it immediately. We appreciate you bringing your concerns about the water pressure to our attention; although we hadn’t heard that this was a problem, the neighborhood is on a well system (we treat the water!) and fluctuations in pressure do happen. We committed to looking into it and indeed have taken steps to ensure that going forward there is constant pressure. Thank you again for booking with us!
