Cute Cottage on 44 Wooded Acres, Creek
Newly constructed cottage. Oak floors made of trees felled to bring electricity to property. Gravel path down to crystal clear creek. Very wooded, in the hills. Lots of wildlife. Fire pit. Very private. Wi-Fi, Verizon cellphone coverage.
Note: 1.3 mile drive on gravel road to property.
11 miles to Loretta Lynn’s Ranch
7 miles to Waverly
16 miles to Kentucky Lake
1 hr 20 min to Nashville

Two bedroom one bath., rustic wood floors. There are two other cottages on the 44 acres.
Guest access
You will have access to the 44 wooded acres and the creek. Note there are two other cottages on the property, you might see another guest exploring nature.
Other things to note
We will eventually have 4 cottages. It will be a great place to hang out with family and friends.
We have a game camera at the front of the 44 acres it faces Johnson Hollow.
Note: 1.3 mile drive on gravel road to property.
