Welcome to SkyCapps. Family and pet friendly

Less than 20 miles to Loretta Lynn's Ranch and the Tennessee River. Manufactured home on permanent foundation on 5.5 acres. Plenty of parking available for boats and other trailers. Back deck with fire pit overlooking woods. Small front yard fenced for pets. Fully furnished including washer/dryer. 3 bedrooms furnished (master has a king bed and the other bedrooms have full). Sofa available is comfortable to sleep on as well. Wi-fi throughout which allows streaming to your favorite channels. Flat screen TV's.

Business travelers may want to use the available laundry pick up and drop off as well as other business services. A request is all that's necessary - pricing provided individually.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Very clean property. Very well stocked and close to McEwen. We were here for the Irish picnic and it was nice to be so close. I thought the place could use a few updates. Overall it was a good place to stay.

This rental was very comfortable and quiet. We especially liked the seclusion of it not being in a noisy neighborhood. The owner is a very nice lady we met and had a wonderful conversation with her. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds comfortable. We were able to cook and grill and not have to feel like we needed to go out to eat. We will use again if in this area. Thanks for a wonderful time.

The house was just what I needed. The house being both pet and kid friendly was a huge bonus. Skycapps was clean and welcoming. The host was great and checked to see if there was anything we needed. If I ever find myself back in the area this is where I will stay!

Sky capps stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for a wedding and this stay was so homey and much nicer than a hotel stay would have been. The property was exactly as described and pictured and our host Karin was easy to reach and very helpful. Will stay here again if we come back!

Great stay

Myself and family stayed at this wonderful little spot for one week. Karin was very quick to respond to any questions that I had before we arrived.. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, a washer and dryer, as well as internet for a few work things that I had to do. I would stay here again!

The location was just outside of town but just minutes to town to get what was needed. I stayed here for moving my son for NALTC school. Perfect spot and the hike was extremely clean!

Our stay at Skycapps

While 2 members of our party of 6 had to cancel at the last minute due to illness, the rest of us enjoyed our stay very much. This was our first VRBO visit and we were all very pleased and will explore other options in our future group travels.

Home was very inviting and cozy and very clean. It helped to have a fence in yard for my pets, which is hard to find. Owner (Karin) came over to visit and it was great meeting her. She lives right on the property, so if you have any problems, she’s right there. Anyone who stays here, will really enjoy it. We plan on coming back next year.

I live on the property in a separate building and am the Humphreys County Tourism Director. I'm also a Realtor, just in case you love this area so much, you'd like to own some property here.

Why they chose this property

This can be your home away from home if you're here working, visiting, or playing. Fully furnished, so that you'll feel at home.

Although we do not hold the property open 24 hours between guests, we do allow a minimum of 6 hours and the cleaners follow strict protocols to clean then sanitize the entire house.

What makes this property unique

Private. If you want to have a get-together and a bonfire, this is just the place. You can walk down by the seasonal creek, or just enjoy the quiet. Paths are cut so dirt bikes and 4-wheelers are welcome. I am pet-friendly.
