Welcome to your beautiful coastal oasis right on the lagoon! This charming home is perfect for boaters and anyone looking for a great summer rental. Inside, you will find two spacious bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people comfortably, plus 2 bathrooms. The large open kitchen boasts two ovens and plenty of counter space. There's even a large backyard with a custom-built 10 ft long outdoor dining table - perfect for entertaining friends and family or just relaxing in the sun! Enough dock space for a large boat and a floating dock for jetski or kayak. Boat ramp and private bay beach access included. The living area features a cozy sectional couch and has a relaxed coastal vibe throughout with wood floors to complete the look. All furniture is included so you don't have to worry about bringing anything extra! This lovely home is available as either a summer rental or long term lease option - long term pricing available upon request. Come experience all that this amazing spot has to offer today!
