House will be fully decorated for Christmas. Welcome to your dream getaway just 8 minutes from Jenkinson’s Beach and Boardwalk! This fully renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect mix of comfort, space, and resort-style amenities. Inside, enjoy a brand-new kitchen, a huge dining room for group meals, and an oversized family room perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. No loud music. Pool will be closed October 15th 2025- April 15th 2026. Pool house bathroom will be winterized from December 1 2025- April 15 2025. 30 day

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No garage access. No diving into pool. Can not exceed max guest occupancy. Have fun! Township noise ordinance 10pm

We enjoyed the multi area spots to relax and swim and try the court. A true win for having time with family who all gathered again in one place. Beautiful place.

Great overall experience. Close to beaches. Pool and tennis courts provided a nice place to relax with extended family. Fenced yard was perfect for dog. House was very clean. Rooms were spread out and allowed privacy.
