Downtown Raleigh, a neighbourhood in Raleigh, is home to this apartment. Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek and North Carolina Museum of History are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina State Fairgrounds and Marbles Kids Museums. North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences and Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching.
Space is quite large, bedrooms are nice and everything is decorated and lit very well.Air conditioning/heating is a bit frustrating, we were given instructions not to change the temperature by more than two degrees or to change the A/C mode while we were there, and it got a bit cold over night but heating never turned on.

Thank you for your review, Guillermo and I appreciate the feedback! The home uses a dual heating and cooling system, which means both the upstairs and downstairs need to be set to the same mode (heat or AC). This can sometimes require a quick adjustment during Raleigh’s seasonal transitions, when temperatures can fluctuate quite a bit.
I’m always more than happy to make any changes to ensure guests are comfortable—just let me know your preference and I’ll take care of it right away. Thanks again for your stay!
This place is wonderful! The location is nice and the space was very clean. Angelo was an excellent host! I would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Raleigh with up to four people.
This was a nice little basement home with large bedrooms. Had a nice size den with comfortable sofa and chair and a desk with an extra monitor. The kitchen area was a good size with a table and 4 chairs. It was a perfect spot for the 2 of us (adults). The host was quick to respond and very friendly. The entrance to the unit is behind a house down a gravel path. You cannot roll a suitcase down the gravel path. So be especially careful with heavy suitcases. Would definitely stay again!
My friend and I enjoyed our stay here. The furniture was comfy and inviting for long conversations. The location was perfect for going downtown and going red Hat amphitheater.
Very cozy, comfortable, clean, and modern. Accommodation was very spacious and had so many amenities! We even had access to a back patio which looked out to a beautiful yard. Host was very gracious. He allowed to check in a little earlier. He also responded in a very timely manner when we messaged him. We would definitely return!!!
The place was spotless! There is a gravel walkway around the side of the house to get to the rooms- I was fine, but anyone with walking issues might have difficulty as one cannot fool their suitcase wheels on the gravel. Other than that it was great!
An outstanding place to stay. Location was close to downtown and the airport. Very clean, very comfortable. The host is outstanding. Highly recommend!!!

Our stay was great! The location was excellent. We loved being just minutes from downtown Raleigh. The surrounding neighborhood itself was quiet and even had a few neighborhood cats roaming around. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen, and we appreciated the multitude of appliances! There was even a blender. However, the stove in the kitchen was abysmal. Even after reading the manual and the host coming down to help us, we could barely get a simmer going. As for the entirety of the place, it looks exactly the same as in the photos. The washer and dryer were clean and looked new, but note that the washing machine should not be run at the same time as the shower to prevent the grinder pump from overflowing. Just don’t forget to bring your laundry pods and dryer sheets! The host was fantastic! We appreciated Angelo coming to help us with the stove. He’s very responsive, especially when it comes to calls. We messaged to ask if we could check in a bit earlier. He got back to us quickly and even let us check in early! The place had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our stay!
Very comfortable place. Great outdoor lounging area. Neighborhood was not the greatest but we felt safe at all times. Only one roll of toilet paper was my only concern

Nice place
Very clean and a great place. A close drive to downtown Raleigh. The neighborhood is up and coming and does have a little way to go, but it served well for our trip.
Spacious and clean property. Great communication with the host. Let us check in early on the first day. Definitely recommend as a place to stay if you need a lodging near downtown Raleigh.
I had a great day! Property was perfect. Everything that it explained was just right, had no issues with check-in or checkout. Neighborhood is super quiet and easy to get to and around all kinds of stuff!! We most definitely stay again!!
We are super impressed with this property and will look to see if it’s available the next time we’re in town. High quality everything, clean, tastefully decorated. It was blissfully quiet and was the perfect retreat at the end of busy days.
Clean and comfortable location just minutes from downtown Raleigh. Plenty of room for 3 friends on our annual trip. Angelo was a very welcoming and communicative host.
