This 3rd floor unit is ideally located a few steps away from the private beach walkway and has great ocean views. All rooms including the private balcony are nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped including an Air fryer, crock pot, electric grille and large refrigerator with ice maker. There’s indoor dinning seating for 6 and outdoor seating for 4.Has high speed internet/cable with a 65” TV in living area, 55” in master, full size in unit washer and dryer. Complex amenities include 2 large pools, club houses, tennis and bocci ball courts, fitness centers and a shaded nature walk trail. This unit has max occupancy of 4, no smoking and no pets.
