This is a top level 8th floor penthouse level unit with a brand new renovated kitchen. The unit sleeps 6. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and a Master bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a pleasant sitting room off the Master bedroom to relax after a day in the sun. The second bedroom sleeps an additional 2 in two twin size beds. Both bathrooms are updated and have walk in showers. There is a pull out couch in the living room for an additional two people. Enjoy spectacular views from the balcony, which overlooks the pool and the beach with a southeastern exposure, which is particularly nice in the fall and winter months. This complex ONLY rents weekly and monthly. No shorter stays allowed
