Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Water view with water access and access to boat launch. 5 minutes from Toledo Town, restaurants, grocery store, bait and tackle and Hardware. 3 bedroom / 1 bath with Kitchenette, full fridge, hot plate, microwave, sink and grill. Great place for fishermen and family alike. This a Duplex with two bedrooms and a large kitchen and living on the other side so if more room is needed please inquire

Weekend getaway

Property was ok but pier has no availability to get into your boat. Also needs an area to sit and relax in pier. Definitely could benefit from some TLC in this area. We had to basically jump into our boat and climb out of it which is definitely not a great time.

Yes Staci it can be challenging when the lake is Very low which make the deck higher and a lil harder for everyone to get into the boats, the water level hopefully starts to come up. Sorry about that. We do have a patio table along with chairs on the deck but we are open to suggestion on other sitting arrangements .
