The Living Area has sofa and chair seating plus large screen TV.

A nicely-equipped Chef Kitchen anchors the other end of the Great Room. There is a large center island/breakfast bar with seating and prep sink. The Kitchen has stainless appliances, gas cooktop with separate ovens, plus stone counters. Just off the Kitchen is a formal Dining Area. It is framed by a wall of glass windows and door to the deck, and water views.
