Location, mountain views, world renown hiking, biking, golf, tennis, festivals and sunny most of the time. Amazing sunsets and star gazing. Close to famous La Quinta Resort, Pollo Grounds & Old Town La Quinta. Property is private, well gated, plenty of patio spaces. Pool is sometimes shared with guest house. Two space parking in driveway and same street parking. Views from the pool are spectacular. Bedrooms have blackout curtains and blinds for a good night sleep. The area is all about outdoor activities, local restaurants, music festivals, art festival, BNP Tennis. Just to name a few.
