The Space:

This 2BR/2BA condo is located in the Palm Desert Resort Country Club. Unwind into vacation mode! The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, each with their own sliding glass doors to the back patio. The primary bedroom has a Cal king, and the second bedroom has one full bed. The guest bedroom offers an office space! Enjoy multiple pools throughout the community and private BBQ! Tennis, Pickleball, and golf are all available for an additional fee.

-Strict sound ordinance

-Mailbox access allowed

-25 year age minimum for booking

-No pets without approval and pet fee of $25 + tax per pet per day

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External contract to be signed

-25mph speed limit STRICTLY enforced. Any fines will be billable to guest and may result in termination of contract with no refunds

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number

-Club house, pickleball/tennis, community pool/spa access permitted

Perfect Location

The location in relation to the courts, clubhouse and pool is excellent. Our host was very friendly and responsive. The layout of the villa is excellent especially if traveling with two couples.

Memorial Day weekend

We enjoyed the condo. Great location close to pools, peaceful, great views of the golf course. The condo had everything we needed and the host greeted us the first day. Loved it.

Cute 2B duplex / condo. Great Location.

Nice 2B unit. Updated & well stocked kitchen. Nice and cozy family room with bedrooms (2) on opposite sides (good separation / privacy). Cute patio and close proximity to pool. Gorgeous sunsets and great location. AC vents needs cleaning. otherwise house, beds, and bathrooms very clean and nice. Bathrooms dated, but clean and functional. Had 4 rolls of TP for a week with 4 adults & no dishwasher detergent in unit. Had to buy both for stay, but minor & no other issues. Communication with host good prior to stay and at check-in. Overall very happy, nice place, and would stay again gladly!

We are a couple in our 60’s stayed for 20 nights, everything as described , spacious place stocked with essentials, excellent and swift communication with the host, secure gated community on a golf course with stunning well kept greens and comunity/shared spaces screened entrance/exit for extra peace of mind, a tranquil resort,close to shopping and many attractions, already checking my dates for next year!!
