Stylish private studio with brand new bathroom & kitchenette, fully equipped to cook a complete meal and includes a newly expanded countertop with Two-burners, 7.5 Cubic ft Fridge, Microwave, Multifunctional Oven, Toaster Oven, Coffee Maker, Kettle.
Additional Appliances Available Upon Request such as Blender, Panini Press, Crockpot, and more.
20 drive/35 mins trans to SF.
Pets Ok, Washer/Dryer Onsite, Easy Street Parking, Paid Locked Parking Available.
The space
Upstairs in Victorian that has three private studios. Shared interior hallway, like an apartment building. Real mid-century furniture; I had a blast buying up vintage pieces.
Shared laundry on site.
Easy street parking. On-site locked parking. available Pets okay.
Guest access
Access only to the stairwell and your private studio.
Street parking. Locked parking also available for an additional fee.
Other things to note
There is a wonderful, gentle, loving, sniffing, purebred Oakland Street Dog on the premises. You are unlikely to see her, as she lives in the back which has a separate entrance. Other guests who live on your floor may have dogs.
I employ all the recommended COVID-Cleaning procedures. I AM DEDICATED TO BEING COVID-SAFE!!!
