The Cove House is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Spend your mornings on the screened-in porch sipping coffee and eating breakfast. Then enjoy your afternoons in the lake swimming, boating, kayaking and evenings on the lawn chairs stargazing! It's the most relaxing, peaceful place. You'll never want to leave! ***Important note for 2026 Guests - We're in the process of building a new boat dock with 3 boat lifts (scheduled to start in April and to be completed July4th). We're also modifying the existing dock to remove the slips and add a swimming/fishing platform (scheduled to start in March and be completed April 30). We also have a 3rd dock next door where boats can be tied off (but not slips/lifts). No construction will happen on the weekends, and we can arrange to pause it on other dates also. Please contact with any questions or concerns.***

The Cove House is our most favorite place to stay. The home is comfortable, comes with everything you need for a great stay, has AMAZING mattresses and bedding. I can't say enough about this property and the owners. We will continue to return each year.

Cove House Inks Lake

My grown son and daughter and families stayed at the Cove house. The house was well furnished, kitchen was stocked with necessary, cooking and eating utensils. The grandkids had a wonderful time, exploring the beautiful property and fishing off the dock. Highly recommend this. Property.

Extended Weekend at Inks Lake

This is an amazing property. The house was very clean and the grass yard well manicured. We spent the bulk of days reading and relaxing in the lakeside lounge chairs. The fishing is good both off the dock as well as in the kayaks. We cooked several steak dinners on the gas grill. The property is in a great neighborhood for walking. I highly recommend this property, especially those looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation.
