Our villa is just 2 miles from Disney's main entrance making it an ideal location for your holiday. Meticulously cared for and tastefully decorated will make this home your home away from home for your Disney stays for years to come. Recent upgraded hardwood floors in bedrooms Fully equipped with all the comforts of home and then some. Comfortable furnishings, state the art HDTV with surround sound for that theater experience in our great room, fully equipped kitchen to prepare those gourmet meals, well appointment bedrooms with flat screen HDTVs in all bedroom, Disney Themed children's room, game room and private pool and spa. There is something for everyone !
Located in a quiet and safe gated community - Windsor Hills, our Orlando vacation home rental is also close to numerous outdoor attractions. This house is perfect for family and friendly getaways in tranquility away from hustle and bustle of your daily routines.
Our exquisite 6 bedroom home rental in Orlando is decorated in a minimalist but stylish way. It consists of two king-size beds, a two queen-size bed , four twin beds, queen sleeper and a pack & play to let 15 vacationers have a sound sleep. The four bathrooms are adequately fitted with showers and bathtubs.
After a busy day at the parks, coming 'home' to the spacious living room of this child friendly Orlando vacation house would be delightful. The living room is laden with facilities such as cable TV, DVD player, game room includes a pool table, foos ball and PlayStation for your indoor pleasure. The beautiful kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and is ready for you to cook anything from soup and sandwiches to birthday cakes. There is a private swimming pool for you to revel in.
Fishing, swimming, hunting, biking and horseback riding are outdoor activities that you can take advantage of during your stay at our Orlando house rental. Apart from this, playing friendly games of golf is always a desirable activity one the many area golf courses that will appeal to any level of play. There is an array of restaurants offering delicious dishes within a few miles. For our shoppers there is anything from WalMart to outlet malls to high end shopping. In fact the super WalMart is less than 1/2 mile away and outlets are 10 minutes away.

Loved the stay. It's in a nice gated communnity with easy access. Cleanliness and home datedness were acceptable for the price point. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The home's swimming pool had a 30 daily surcharge if we wanted it heated. We declined the fee so it was kind of cold. The waterpark was terrific and came with the house. The 10 mile drive to Universal Studios took up to an hour with the construction. We'd stay there again.

Home is beautifully furnished and close to all Disney properties. We traveled with 2 teenage grandsons and they loved the pool, hot tub and game room. We enjoyed our short stay. The property was as depicted, clean, and the owner very responsive. The area is convenient and close to most things. The only feedback I have is lack of toilet paper. Each bathroom only had half a roll and no extra toilet paper anywhere.

Hi we're Tom and Sandy Kappes. We have been regular visitors to the Orlando area since 1985, just prior to the birth of our first child. During the early visits to Orlando we stayed in various hotel chains but as our family has continued to grow (we now have 4 children) we quickly out grew these accommodations. We then needed two hotel rooms. As the price of lodging continued to go up our ability to afford nicer accommodations (now two rooms) diminished but our desire to travel did not. Eventually we found ourselves trying to squeeze the two of us and our four young children back into one hotel room. After spending all day at the theme parks who wants to squeeze into a hotel room whether it's on Disney property or not? I would sometimes see advertising for single family home rentals in the late 1990's for incredible rental rates therefore I thought it must be a scam. How could anyone offer a whole house in a very nice resort for the price of a moderately priced room on Disney property? After all a hotel room is 300-400 square feet vs. 3400 square feet for the same price? Eventually we began to lose some desire to travel. We found that we were traveling less. We have always felt memories are extremely important so we started traveling again but found ourselves in the same situation.After all, we traveled to Disney to get away from stress. As our parents continued to age our desire to travel with them had continued to increase, after all we want our children to have fond memories with their grandparents. Purchasing a vacation home became the obvious choice. We want our guests to experience the same fond memories we have been privileged to experience.
