The place was very nice and clean. Also a great location steps from the beach. The master bed was very comfortable but the twin beds were not. Both adults complained that they were uncomfortable and they slept terribly. The listing also stated there was a fitness center. We erroneously interpreted that to be a gym with equipment to work out on. That is not what it was.

Place was very nice, you can just walk over the dunes to reach the beach. Very spacious and not crowded. Beach was clean as well. Definitely vacationing here with the kids again. Very kid friendly.

I love Pajaro Dunes! Such a beautiful peaceful place. The beach was beautiful, the condo was nice and well stocked. The check in was easy and we had a great time.

Parking was plentiful. The condo was immaculate. Cooking breakfast every morning & doing laundry was a breeze with the well-stocked unit. The beach was two minutes out the door and boardwalk - each condo complex has their own access point in the middle. My boys loved having their own beds to sleep in. The unit is on the bottom floor and very quiet - I got plenty of sleep every night I was there!

Great Beach Front Property

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and small view of the ocean. Short walk to the beach and had a foot wash station right before entering the property. Weather was amazing and can’t wait to come back.

Perfect weekend with family!

We had a perfect weekend at Pajaro Dunes, the house is literally 1 min walk from the a beautiful beach, clean and fully equipped ! Would definitely go back and strongly recommend for a family get away weekend

We have been staying at the Dunes for 5 years now every summer break. This was first time in the Shorebirds side. It was great, condo was very clean. Comfy beds and great spot. Will sure book again next summer if possible. Only one thing I would change (my ocd kicking in) is the trash can needs a lid in the kitchen so maybe a new can. Maintenance and on site staff were very nice and helpful.

I was born in Coney Island in Brooklyn, New York.My family & I have always loved the ocean & love being near it. We have been enjoying Pajaro Dunes for more than 30 years & have been owners since 1992. We enjoy using our condo and also renting it out to others when we are not able to use it.

Why they chose this property

We love the peace & quiet of Pajaro Dunes. It's easily accessible to our home in Palo Alto & is just 15 miles south of Santa Cruz & 30 miles north of Monterey. We love walking on the beach & around the property.
