This 2 bedroom cottage that sleeps 6 is truly a home away from home. Convenient to Belgrade, Oakland, Waterville and Interstate 95. Fully applianced modern kitchen, sun-filled dining porch, deck and stone fireplace.
The space
The whole cottage is rented and not shared. The waterfront is for your use only and not shared. The dock and float can be used for docking your boat or for sunbathing. We provide life jackets and canoe and kayak.
Guest access
Whole cottage is available.
Other things to note
We provide all standard kitchen equipment as well as an outdoor propane grill and we have a fire pit with firewood in the garage.
Please note: NO PETS allowed, no smoking on premises and no large parties. Agreement to our rules required before booking.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When you arrive the door will be open and the key on a hook next to the door. When you leave please put used towels in the bathtub.Return boats & items back where you found them. Return key to hook.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
