Cottage house with all you need. Not fancy house nor fancy price but all you need for your relaxing mid term rental. Location of the house is very quiet and residential with families living around. House is close to UNT university, 7 minutes from TWU. House includes Kitchenet, with living room plus your own bedroom and bathroom. second room has bumk beds with office desk. House is fully stocked. Laundry and parking on site. House has two rooms, Dogs are welcome too with the extra fee

Trash should be placed out daily. By the green bean. Recording device placed outside the house for checking crew cleaning and maintenance team.
