Our charming condo is located on the 2nd floor of building D in the Village of South Walton resort complex. The unit is is new to the rental market and has been completely remodeled and is just steps away from the Village resort pool. Perfect for couples and families!

Our home is outfitted with a plush king bed and a 65’ flat panel television. The kitchenette is equipped with granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave and full size refrigerator. This unit provides coffee and creamer for 1 day, does not provide cooking utensils or salt and pepper. The bathroom features a shower and well-lit oversized vanity and blow dryer. Wireless high speed Internet service and cable television are included. We also provide beach towels!
