Newly renovated! This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in the popular McCloud complex, with a quiet setting and just a short walk to the Hyatt Casino. The complex has a year-round spa for your enjoyment! This rental has a single car garage (94-inch width and 214-inch depth) just a few steps away, and is nicely furnished and accessorized with rich colors throughout. It also has a nice bright kitchen, a rock fireplace and a small deck with a barbecue grill and patio furniture. NON-SMOKING, NO PETS. Accommodates 4 people max. TVs have Netflix and Prime (no cable) Please note: This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.)

Great location

McCloud is a nice complex of apartments. We have stayed in the complex a couple of times. It is very convenient and within walking distance to most any location in Incline Village. We had a ground floor unit with two bedrooms and two baths. The unit was adequately furnished and had all the needed appliances. Parking in the garage space provided is really tight. The spaces are narrow and short. Fortunately there is outdoor parking in the complex, which is what we used. Overall, it was a good experience.
