This is a Grand Deluxe 3BD Condo Apartment very impressive and fully furnished with 3 bedrooms / 2 baths. It has 1,220 sqft in a quiet and safe community of Laguna Bay, the apartment has a community pool, gym, tennis court and free parking, free wifi.

The large master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private master bath. The additional bedrooms feature walk in closets with a double size bed in the 2nd and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. This condo is good to accommodate up to 6 people.

This condo is located on the first floor which is perfect for disable guests. No stairs.

The property has been professionally staged and decorated with high quality mattresses and Roku Tv's on each bedroom, as well as Fully Equipped Kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, you just need to bring your clothes for a fabulous vacation.

You'll enjoy the convenient location of this residence just under 20 minutes from Disney World, close to Universal theme parks, Orlando's famous shopping, excellent golf courses and incredible restaurants.

Pets are welcome on request with additional pet fee of $120.

The property was nice. However, we had 1 wash rag for 6 people and only 4 bath towels. There was only 3 half rolls of toilet paper. So we had to go purchase wash rags, towels, and toilet paper. There was no stopper for the kitchen sink to wash dishes in. The ice maker didn’t work and neither did the water in the refrigerator. There was black mold in the main bathroom by the shower head. That is not good! The washing machine really needs a good cleaning were the water settles in the door. And the sliding doors to the washer and dryer were extremely hard to slide to the right. It made it had to wash and dry cloths with the sliding doors. I did talk to others that were staying there and they also mentioned having to go buy wash rags and not having enough towels. We left out extra items there for the next person. Not all of our towels and wash rags but did leave a few. We should have had enough towels and wash rags for each person that was staying there.
