Location was near everything. The property was old and not very clean. Ants were a problem.

The issue we had was the pans for cooking. Only one good for cooking. The other pans for making eggs, pancakes, vegtables. and other items, need to be thrown out. The non-stick coating has totaling worn off.

South Oceanside Gem

We had a great stay at this extremely nice, clean and large townhome. There's ample space throughout the house to relax, read, watch a movie, and spread your crew out. The rooftop patio is a very nice feature for catching some fresh air and enjoying the ideal So Cal weather. The garage is loaded with beach necessities, boogie boards, bikes, chairs, umbreallas and even a surfboard hanging on the wall. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful & functional place!

We really enjoyed this beautiful home for our family vacation! It was super close to the beach, which was the best. We were able to walk to it or drive and enjoy the atmosphere. There was plenty of room for our family of 8, with enough bathrooms to share. It was beautifully decorated and super high quality. You do need to know that there is no AC, so when you go during a warm spell, you’ll need to learn how to adjust to the weather. We learned after a day there, and it was fine after that. We learned how to harness the cool air with the provided fans and cool down. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spacious house

We came to visit my son who is stationed at Camp Pendleton. The house was conveniently located within walking distance to diners and donut shops and only about a 10 minute walk to the ocean. The rooftop deck was very enjoyable and the two car garage was a definite plus. We visited in February so the no AC was not an issue. I will say all the bedrooms are on the second floor so if you did want to leave the windows open you could safely do so. All in all, we would stay again :)
