This 5 bedroom, 4 bath beautiful home sits on one of the two large bluffs in north-central Boulder, in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods, offering unobstructed views of the foothills mountains.
The fully finished backyard, a true gem of this property, allows you to enjoy the beauty of the mountains and savor the fresh mountain air in the comfortable sitting area (with propane fire pit), dining area, and the outdoor kitchen with a large gas grill with counter and seating. With two primary king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, two queen bedrooms and the 5th convertible office with king sleeper sofa, this house has plenty of room to accommodate your family and friends. The fully-finished basement is designed for watching football games, movies, or a family game night.The modern kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and an eating area. The dining area is bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light streaming in through a full-wall Nana door, which completely opens up to the backyard area. The living room is also bright and airy with a cozy fireplace - perfect for those chilly Colorado evenings. Need a space to work from home? No problem! In addition to a desk in every bedroom, this house features 2 proper offices (the 3rd floor office is not closed off by a door and has a balcony and the basement office is closed off to the basement living area by a door). Whether you need to work from home or simply need a quiet space to unwind, we have got you covered. The house also offers easy access to Pearl Street, a 15-20 minute walk, which is a popular destination for shopping, world-class dining and entertainment.

This is our primary residence which we are excited to share while we travel. We love our neighbors and this is NOT a party rental - respectful groups only please.

Bathroom 3: Main level & ensuite to 2nd primary king bedroom & serves as powder room (entry from bedroom through pocket doors and entrance from hallway)
Bathroom 4: Basement level - not ensuite to 5th bedroom.

City of Boulder requires us to note that the occupancy is for no more than 3 unrelated parties.

*Monday & Friday check-out time is 9:30 unless otherwise agreed. Message when departed. *No need to strip beds but just make it clear which ones have been used. *Place used towels near laundry area.
*If the grill was used, please leave it in a decent state to avoid extra deep cleaning. *Remove personal food from fridge unless it’s something unopened or reusable that our cleaner might want.
*If you’ve moved any furniture, please carefully put it back. *You’ve automatically purchased damage protection insurance so if anything did get broken, scratched, stained, PLEASE let me know.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If checking out on a Monday or a Friday, cleaner will arrive at 9:30 am so departure needs to be by then unless agreed in advance.

Our stay was amazing! We never sat down in the indoor living room...we were in the amazing outdoor living room the entire time! It was a perfect spot for a family gathering. The host was available all the time and the house was equipped with everything that we could have needed. The view from the patio was much more beautiful than we expected. The minute you walk through the front door, your eyes light up as you see a beautiful kitchen, living & dining room that opens up to an incredibly crafted outside area, with unobstructed breathtaking views of the foothills. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking big meals. The beds were super plush and comfy, slept like a log. All in All this house is top notch in every category and the pictures don’t do it enough justice.

CU Graduation Family trip

Beautiful property a short walk to town

Laura’s home was beautiful and incredibly convenient. The view is amazing — we spent nearly our whole stay gazing out. We were also able to walk about 10-15 minutes to Pearl Street, which was very convenient. Thanks for the great stay!

Incredible house

We loved the house the minute we walked in. The back porch seating and view are incredible. We sat outside for hours and it is so peaceful There are plenty of bedrooms and they are Al very comfortable. The kitchen is nice and open and well stocked. CU Graduation

This home is perfect for a large family during graduation weekend. It was easy to get back and forth to campus for all the events, but we avoided the chaos of trying to get reservations and just grilled and hung out in the amazing backyard. Extremely well-stocked, comfortable beds, plenty of space to spread out. Lots of basic condiments and spices as well as things like plastic bags and foil - so great to not have to buy every little thing.

Breathtaking Views

Our grandson was getting married and we wanted a place for our whole immediate family to stay together. The house, outdoor space, accommodations were super. Just minutes away from Pearl Street restaurants and shopping. Perfect living for our family. Everyone had plenty of room. The outdoor space was our favorite. I even got up early to see the sunrise and was not disappointed. The owners had thought of everything and were so accommodating with requests.

An incredible house

We stayed here for a week for a family reunion and this house is perfect. Lots of bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room. But the most amazing thing was the large glass doors that open up to an incredible backyard with a view of the mountains. Wow! Lots of seating area and a built in grill. Our entire family had a great time. Laura was an perfect host, very attentive and professional. We lacked nothing. I would stay there again anytime. I reccomend this house fully.

STUNNING PROPERTY

The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and absolutely beautiful! There is parking for two cars in the driveway, but there was always ample street parking right in front of the house. The entire house has a wonderful, open layout, and was comfortable and clean. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and very organized, making it easy to find what you need. It had everything we needed, and more! The outdoor living area is unrivaled with space, lounge seating, table seating, outdoor kitchen and did I mention the flower garden & VIEWS!! We opened the nana doors daily to enjoy the back patio for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and quiet. The bottom level of the home is set up as a separate apartment with ample space for entertaining. The owner, Laura, has thought of EVERYTHING to make one’s stay comfortable and convenient. Her hospitality was exceptional!! No need to look further..this one is a GEM! I can honestly say you will be happy with renting this gorgeous home. We will definitely be renting this one again with no hesitation!

Graduation trip

Our trip to Boulder was great in large part to this rental. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We hated to leave! Communicating with Laura was a pleasure. We were 6 people, three generations and everyone raved about the house. The outdoor space is unrivaled with gorgeous views and ample space for relaxing. We had a lot of rain but were cozy in the house with comfy couches & fireplace. We had numerous big family dinners for nine and the kitchen was so lovely to cook in. All 4 bedrooms have very comfortable beds. Laura even left us graduation decorations! Location was very convenient, close to Pearl Street & the University. I can’t say enough good things about this rental. It was perfect.

After raising our two children in this home, we are ready to fly our empty nest part of the year to travel and share it with other considerate guests and travelers.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home in 2007 after relocating from Princeton, NJ for the location, view and great layout of the home. We added the spectacular back patio - a true "outdoor living room" with fire pit and outdoor kitchen and dining area in 2016. The basement was remodeled in 2022.

What makes this property unique

Our home is close to downtown Boulder yet out of the hustle and bustle and with amazing and expansive views of the foothills and some views of the flatirons. It's fully equipped with everything you will need (after all, we live here much of the year!)
